Thank you for shopping with ADYRA. We take great care in creating eco-crafted, high-quality wellness products and want you to feel completely confident with every purchase.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as yoga mats, personal wellness accessories, and opened self-care goods cannot be returned once used. Gift cards and digital downloads are also non-refundable.
3. Return Process
- Step 1: Email us at info@adyra.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Step 3: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, contact info@adyra.com.au within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days after our confirmation email:
- Check your bank or card provider.
- Then contact us at info@adyra.com.au for assistance.

To reduce environmental impact, we encourage mindful purchasing. If you’re uncertain about an item, please reach out before ordering — we’re happy to guide you toward the right product.
