Thank you for choosing ADYRA. We’re committed to delivering your eco-crafted wellness products with care, speed, and transparency.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking details once it has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Australia and will expand to selected international regions soon. International shipping rates and delivery times will be updated as soon as available.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for metro areas and up to 10 business days for regional zones. Express options may be offered at checkout when available.
4. Sustainable Packaging
In line with ADYRA’s eco-conscious mission, all products are shipped using recyclable or biodegradable packaging materials whenever possible.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log in to your ADYRA account (once live) to check order status.
6. Delays or Issues
While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen courier delays, weather events, or public-holiday backlogs may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us at info@adyra.com.au with your order number.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll work directly with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Pre-Orders & Launch Deliveries
During our initial launch phase, some items may be marked as pre-orders. Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page and in your order confirmation.
9. International Duties & Taxes (future)
For international customers, duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the buyer. Full details will appear here once international shipping launches.
